Community Season/Camp |
Season/Camp contract rates require a minimum commitment of 100 hours of paid district facility rental per school year or a minimum commitment of 20 hours of rental per week for summer camps and the majority of participants must be students within the school district. Contracted Events |
Groups that negotiate adjusted rates for periodic multiple space events. All rates remain based on school committee policy, unless negotiated through town contracts, but may be adjusted due to bulk space use or unique requests. This will not apply to groups with ongoing or regular events or events that amount to less than $1000 per event. School District Parent Associations |
For parent associations designed to provide district support such as PTOs, SEPAC, Boosters, scholership foundations, and project graduation. Costs for unscheduled staff hours still apply. Contact the Director of Operations (jhamond@nmrsd.org) for questions. |
